Not only did Lighteme keep a tight line of communication and send a video for verifying the handpan was tuned to my liking, but the pan itself looks, feels, and sounds wonderful. This is my second handpan and I play in some soundbaths and have had great feedback with the new pan. There's "life" in this pan - every note tells a story :)
